To Her With Love

Friday is our niece, Elizabeth's, birthday.  Much to our dismay, she doesn't live next door to us anymore and unfortunately, we don't get to to see her that often.  Bennett misses her.  They used to love to run around in our backyard together.  It makes me so sad to see Bennett out there by himself, and it doesn't help when he says to me, "Mama?  Where's Wizabet?" like he did a couple days ago.

Well today we had a great excuse to talk about her and draw pictures for her.  We went in with my parents on a few gifts for her.  I wrapped them up and put them in a box that Bennett and I decorated and walked to the post office (the post office is one street over from our house).

He was so excited to take it the post office where the nice men and women would take it to Elizabeth for us.
